O jak velké praxe máte zájem?

Velikost praxe pro nás nehraje roli. Za každou klinikou nebo ordinací se skrývá zajímavý příběh a my ho chceme slyšet. Těšíme se na společnou spolupráci.

Chci prodat celou kliniku najednou – jak dlouho po prodeji budu muset zůstat pracovat?

Délka spolupráce po prodeji závisí na stavu a stabilitě praxe. Obvykle považujeme za rozumné minimum 2 až 3 roky, aby byl přechod plynulý a klienti i tým měli jistotu kontinuity.

Chci prodat kliniku, ale rád bych u Vás zůstal pracovat až do důchodu – je to možné?

Ano, samozřejmě. Naším cílem je dlouhodobý rozvoj a využití synergií mezi klinikami. Pokud chcete být součástí této cesty i nadále, budeme jen rádi. Záleží čistě na Vás, jak dlouho budete chtít pokračovat.

Budova, kde se klinika nachází, je moje a nechci ji prodávat. Je možné ji ponechat a uzavřít nájemní smlouvu? Na jak dlouho?

Ano, to je pro nás často i preferované řešení. Pokud je objekt pro provoz kliniky vyhovující, uzavíráme standardní nájemní smlouvu odpovídající tržním podmínkám v dané lokalitě – obvykle na období, které zaručuje stabilitu oběma stranám.

Mohu ordinaci i nadále provozovat?

Ano. Zajištění kontinuity péče a spolupráce je nezbytné pro současné i budoucí fungování sítě veterinárních klinik a ordinací.

Budete prosazovat jednotný standard napříč klinikami?

Ano, ale citlivě a postupně. Budeme společně hledat tzv. „best practices“ – tedy to, co se v praxi nejvíc osvědčuje. Tam, kde budou přínosy zřejmé, předpokládáme, že na změnách se dokážeme snadno dohodnout.

Budete zasahovat do léčebných postupů?

Ne. Léčebné postupy zůstávají plně v kompetenci veterinárních lékařů. Naší rolí je podpora, nikoliv zásahy do odborné práce.

Budou kliniky v síti spolupracovat?

Ano, očekáváme vzájemnou spolupráci tam, kde to dává smysl a přináší přidanou hodnotu pro obě strany. Nikdy ji ale nebudeme vynucovat.

VetStop is a project suitable for modern veterinary practice management. It is a network of veterinary practices and clinics focused on basic care for small animals - with strong central support and respect for the autonomy of each practice.

The size of the practice does not play a role for us. Behind every clinic or practice there is an interesting story and we want to hear it. We look forward to working together.

The length of cooperation after the sale depends on the status and stability of the practice. We usually consider a minimum of 2 to 3 years to be reasonable, so that the transition is smooth and clients and the team are assured of continuity.

Yes, of course. Our aim is to develop and exploit synergies between clinics in the long term. If you would like to be part of this journey, we would be delighted. It is entirely up to you how long you want to continue.

Yes, this is often the preferred solution for us. If the building is suitable for the operation of the clinic, we conclude a standard lease agreement corresponding to the market conditions in the given location - usually for a period that guarantees stability for both parties.

Yes. Ensuring continuity of care and cooperation is essential for the current and future functioning of the network of veterinary clinics and practices.

Yes, but sensitively and gradually. Together, we will look for „best practices“ - what works best in practice. Where the benefits are clear, we expect to be able to agree on changes easily.

No. Treatment procedures remain entirely within the competence of veterinarians. Our role is to support, not to interfere with professional work.

Yes, we expect mutual cooperation where it makes sense and brings added value to both parties. But we will never force it.
